Shipping fee: 1,000 yen (tax included) nationwide

*Depending on the number of orders, we may use Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post. (The shipping method has changed, but the price remains the same.)

*If the product is returned to the sender due to customer reasons such as long absence, an additional delivery fee of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged. Please note.

Returns and Exchanges

Return deadlines and conditions

Please note that, as a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Returns and exchanges due to initial defects will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product. Shipping costs for defective products will be borne by our company.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us in advance. If the item is returned without prior notice, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

Circumstances when returns or exchanges will be refused 
・Products that are defective after a certain number of days have passed since they arrived. ・Products that are different in appearance from what you expected, such as color or shape. ・Product packaging that is damaged, scratched, or dirty (excluding significant damage caused by issues during delivery, etc.).
-Returning unopened products after making a bulk purchase.
