Shipping Fees
Shipping fee: 1,000 yen (tax included) nationwide
*Depending on the number of items ordered, we may ship via Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.
(The shipping method has changed but the price remains the same.)
*If the product is returned to the sender due to customer reasons such as long absence, an additional delivery fee of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged. Please note.

Cancellation, return and exchange
Cancellation Policy
Our store uses an automated shipping system, and orders are shipped by the system, so as a general rule, "orders cannot be canceled or changed after they have been placed." Please note that even if you make a request via LINE, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Returns and Exchanges
○ Return deadlines and conditions
Please note that, as a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Returns and exchanges due to initial defects will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product. Shipping costs for defective products will be borne by our company.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us in advance. If the item is returned without prior notice, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

○Exchange and return rules
Due to the nature of the product and at the request of the manufacturer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Depending on the content of the product, we may consider whether to accept a return or exchange.
Examples of cases where returns and exchanges will be refused: - Products with initial defects that have been delivered a certain number of days ago - Products whose appearance, such as color or shape, is different from what was expected - Packing boxes that are damaged, scratched, or dirty (excluding significant damage caused by issues during delivery, etc.)
-Returning unopened products after making a bulk purchase.
